Rhynsburger, Nora, (Mrs.Hubert) 1870-1961

Funeral services were held at the Van Etten Funeral Home Sat. December 30, for Mrs. Hubert Rhynsburger, 90, formerly of Orange City and passed away at the Sioux Valley Hospital in Cherokee, with Rev. A. Hook pastor of the American Reformed Church, officiating.

She suffered a stroke 2 1/2 years ago and since that time was confined in the Cherokee hospital. As a pioneer she came to Orange City and taught school and later married Hubert Rhynsburger. They were in the clothing business in Orange City for many years. Her husband passed away in 1917 and she and son, Milo, carried on the business for several years until he moved to CA. and Mrs. Rhynsburger made her home with her daughter.

Surviving are one son, Milo, of Alhambra, CA. and Ethel (Mrs, Ray Stubbs) of Holstein, IA. There were no grandchildren.
