Mrs. Dena Kraayenbrink passed away Monday evening at the age of 77 years, 10 months, 19 days.

Mrs. Kraayenbrink was born in the Netherlands and on 3 March 1897 she was married to Mr. William Kraayenbrink who preceded her in death on August 20, 1947. Mr. and Mrs. Kraayenbrink celebrated fifty years of married life on March 3, 1947.

Mrs. Kraayenbrink is now survived by two daughters and one son, they are: Wilmina, Mrs. Louis Achterhof, Johanna, Mrs. John C. Klein, and Gerrit, at home, and six grandchildren.

Four children also preceded her in death, Bertha, who died January 13, 1934, Jennie, who passed away January 29, 1941, and two children passed away in infancy.

The following five sisters and one brother also survive: Henry Nyman, Mrs. Dirk Schut, Mrs. Jake E. Vermeer, and Mrs. Dick Colenbrander, all of Sioux Center; Mrs. Gerrit Gesink, Denver, Colorado, Mrs. Sam Schut, Clinton, Wisconsin.

Two sisters, Hattie Nyman, and Mrs. Henry Gesink preceded her in death, and one brother passed away in infancy.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral home.
