Henry “Dutch” Moret, 70, of Boyden, passed away at the Community Memorial Hospital in Sheldon on March 11. Funeral services were held Friday, March 14, at 1:30 P.M. in the First Reformed Church of Boyden. Reverend Sylvester Moths officiated. Burial was in the Boyden cemetery, under the direction of Vander Ploeg Funeral Home.

Mr. Moret was born May 3, 1909 in Boyden. He married Bertha Bosma in Boyden in February 15, 1935.

Survivors include his wife, Bertha; one daughter, Marilyn (Mrs. Myron) Kleinwolterink of Sheldon; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Rens of Wyoming, Michigan and Cora (Mrs. Art) Uittenbogaard of Primghar; one brother, William of Boyden; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
