Anna Johanna Jervik, 91, rural Hudson, died Tuesday, April 16, 1985, in Canton-Inwood Hospital. Services were at 2 p.m. Saturday in Lands Lutheran Church, rural Hudson. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Anderson Funeral Home, Canton, SD.

Anna Abelson was born May 8,1893, in Hop, Norway. She came to the United States at the age of 18 and married Lars Jervik in 1916, in Sioux City. They farmed in Lincoln County most of their married life. Her husband died in 1957.

Survivors include three sons: Leonard, Modesto, CA; Clarence, Hudson; and Clifford, Elk point; two daughters: Mrs. Lloyd (Alice) Saugstad, Hudson; and Mrs. Martin (Bernice) Anderson, Beresford; 20 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and one greatgreat- grandchild. Pallbearers were Stanley Anderson, Paul Saugstad, Curtis Jervik, David Jervik, Don Jervik and Larry Jervik.
