Little One Called Home

Mr. and Mrs. John VanderMear who reside southwest of Rock Valley mourn the death of their little eight months old daughter Josephine who died Wednesday of last week. The little girl was one of the twins born last spring and was never well during her life on earth but was a constant sufferer from the time of her birth. All that medical skill and loving hands could do was done but to no avail; the death angel came and she answered the summons.

Funeral services were held Friday from St. Marys church conducted by Rev. Father O'Reilly. The bereaved family have the heartfelt sympathy of many kind friends.

[The newspaper spells the surname VanderMear, but the common spelling is VanderMeer.]
