From the Ireton Weekly Ledger, May 4, 1906:

Jas. Walker, better known as "Uncle Jimmie Walker," died at Blaine, Washington, April 22. He was a former resident of Ireton and at the time of his death owned the building which is now occupied by Wm. Everett.
