The little child born to Mr. and Mrs. James Kinney of Carnes vicinity Tuesday night lived but a few hours. It was buried this Friday morning in Alton The father was in Chicago on business when the sad event occurred. The Kinneys have the sympathy of all.

(Found Margareta born Dec 16, 1907 died Dec 17, 1907 in the cemetery records of St. Mary's in Alton. Her parents are believed to be James Kinney born Jun 11, 1878 died Mar 24, 1949 and Katherine Arens born 1886 died 1979 both buried in St. Mary's cemetery at Alton, there were eight other children born to them.
