G. Hup Dies of Heart Failure
G. Hup 64 who lived on mile east and on half mile south of Sioux Center on the Hannes Rozeboom farm, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon. Shortly after a midafternoon lunch he complained of some distress, but went out to the barn apparently in fair health. An hour or so later he was found dead. The cause of his death was heart disease.

Mr. Hup came from the Netherlands with his family about 15 years ago and has lived in Sioux County ever since. For years they lived near Maurice and for the last year on the Rozeboom farm.

He is survived by his wife and four children: Fred and Effie who are still at home, Mrs. William Vander Hoef and Mrs. G. Maasen. The funeral will be held on Saturday, Mary 5, with the home wervice at 12:00 o’clock and in the Nederduitsch church at 2:00 p.m.
