At Rest.
Grace E. Mingus died at the home of her parents, Monday, October 17, at 5 o'clock. She was born at Luverne, Minn., on the 17th of May 1882.

For some time past she had been ailing, but not until last Saturday evening did the case seem critical, but medical aid developed the fact that the disease had taken hold with such violence that death was only a question of time, and at the above date God came in his love and wisdom, and transplanted a beautiful flower into his heavenly garden. Grace was a loving daughter in the home, kind and affectionate. By her many friends she was held in the highest esteem; to know her was to love her.

The funeral was held in the Presbyterian church Wednesday 19, conducted by the Rev. Pinkerton of the Presbyterian church and Rev. Plummer of the Methodist, each delivering short addresses.
[Followed by a brief expression of sentiment and a sentimental poem.]
