Monday afternoon Mrs. Lizzie Stoffel of LeMars was buried in the St. Mary’s cemetery of Alton . Many people of this vicinity will remember Mrs. Stoffel as the widow of Rudolph Stoffel. After the death of Mr. Stoffel the wife moved to the vicinity of LeMars making her home with her son Frank. Mrs. Stoffel’s death occurred June five and was due to heart trouble. But two children are living Frnak Stoffel who lived near LeMars and Mrs. Annie Derkes who lives in Akron IA.
