Carmen Lynn Rozeboom, infant daughter of Harlan Dale and Carol Lynn (Schuiteman) Rozeboom of Sioux Center, died Monday, May 6, at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Services were Thursday, May 9, at First Reformed Church in Sioux Center, with the Rev. Roger Voskuil officiating. Burial was at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center, under the direction of Oolman Funeral Home in Sioux Center. Carmen was born May 6, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Survivors include her parents, Harlan and Carol Rozeboom of Sioux Center; a brother, Ross at home; a sister, Erin at home; grandparents, Hermina Rozeboom of Rock Valley and Melvin and Wilmina Schuiteman of Sioux Center; and a great-grandmother, Helen Zomer of Rock Valley.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Paige Renee Rozeboom; a grandfather, Dick L. Rozeboom; three cousins, Kendra Le Schuiteman, Lance Davis Byker; and Larae Nicole Byker; and her other great-grandparents.
