Mrs. Vernon Rozeboom, 25, of Sioux Center, died Saturday, January 2, in a hospital at Sioux Center after a long illness.

Services were at 10 A.M. Tuesday in the American Reformed Church at Orange City. The Rev. Dr. Calvin Rynbrandt officiated. Burial was in Memory Gardens at Sioux Center. Family visitation was from 7 to 9 P.M. Monday in the Van Etten-Oolman Funeral Home at Orange City.

Mrs. Rozeboom, the former Denise Zeutenhorst, was born December 24, 1956, at Orange City. She graduated from Maurice-Orange City High School in 1975.

She married Vernon Rozeboom August 23, 1975, at Orange City. They lived in Orange City until February of 1981 when they moved to Sioux Center. She was employed by the Orange City Cleaners and later by the Sioux County Treasurer’s Office until November of 1979. Denise was a member of the American Reformed Church.

Survivors include her husband; one son, Travis at home; her parents, Marvin and Wanda Zeutenhorst of Orange City; grandparents, Mrs. Otto A. (Minnie) Rowenhorst of Orange City and Mr. and Mrs. William Starkenburg of Alton; one sister, Deane of Orange City; and one brother, Dennis of Mission Viejo, California.
