Funeral services for Mrs. Lane Rozeboom who died Tuesday in a Sioux Falls hospital were held Friday at 12:30 in the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home and at 2 o’clock in the Netherlands Reformed Church with Rev. John Van Zweden officiating. Burial was made in Valley View Cemetery.

Mrs. Rozeboom, nee Hattie Vander Weide, was born in the Netherlands December 19, 1898 and came to this country at the age of three. She was married to Lane Rozeboom January 28, 1920 at Sioux Center. They farmed in the Alvord and Rock Valley vicinities before moving into town.

She is survived by the widower, three daughters, Mrs. Ted Dykstra, Doon; Mrs. Russel Munch and Mrs. Roger Erikson, both of Sioux Falls;two sons, Dick L. of Doon; and William of Sioux Falls; five brothers, Pete and Tunis Vander Weide both of Sioux Center; Arie Vander Weide of Boyden; Henry Vander Weide of Orange City; and John Vander Weide of Maurice; three sisters, Mrs. William De Vos, Mrs. Cornie De Vos, and Mrs. Dick Bleeker, all of Sioux Center; and eight grandchildren.
