Ora C. Grau, 93, of Ireton died Monday in a nursing home in Le Mars.

Services were at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday in the Dow Funeral Home at Ireton. The Rev. James D. Ransom officiated. Burial was at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Grau was born September 3, 1889, in Tama County and came to Ireton as a young man.

He married Jennie Brown June 1, 1910 in Ireton. He farmed in the area until 1936 when he operated a corn sheller until retiring in 1955. He was a school bus driver for many years after his retirement. Mrs. Grau died September 22, 1974, and he entered the Plymouth Manor in Le Mars in July of 1976. He was a former member of the Presbyterian Church in Ireton.

Survivors include three sons, Wendell of Helmet, California, Elwood of Littleton, Colorado and Bernard of Le Mars, one sister, Mrs. Helen Mitchell of Ireton, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
