Floyd J. Hansen, 67, of Hawarden, died Thursday, June 19 at his residence of long illness. Services were at ,1:30 p.m. Monday in the Dow Funeral Home at Hawarden. The Rev. Robert Hansen officiated. Burial was in Grace Hill Cemetery. There was a prayer service, at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.

Mr. Hansen was born Aug. 19, 1912, at Ireton. He married Florence Livingston July 24, 1938, at Elk Point, S.D. Since 1929 he lived in Hawarden and operated a sheet metal business here.

Survivors include the widow; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Nancy) Hitzelber of Collinsville, IL; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one sister, Mrs. Clarence (Erma) Olson of Sioux City.
