Brought Here for Burial , Patrick William Farmer passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fern Ohme, at SJayton, Minn., Tuesday, July 23rd, from heart failure and tho remains were brought here for burial.

Mr. Farmer was born at Galena, IL., Jan. 26, 1851, and he was 62 years, 5 months and 28 days old when he died. He moved with his parents to Wisconsin when he was quite young and in 1880 he moved to Plymouth county where he lived for a number of years.

In 1889 he was married to Miss Susan Coin at Merrill and to this union two children were born, both of whom survive to mourn his departure. His wife passed away Feb.27, 1907, and was laid to rest in Grace Hill cemetery in this city. Funeral services were conducted at Slaytonwith Rev. J, Vordal of the Lutheran church at that place in charge. Funeral services were held here this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Sumner undertaking parlors with Rev. W. A. WinterStein, pastor of the Methodist church, in charge.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Fern Ohme of Slayton, Minn., and Mrs. Rose Sanders of Emmett, Idaho; one brother, James Farmer of Edmund, Wis., and one sister, Mrs. Nellie Shaw of Dubuque and nine grandchildren. He was a brother-in-law of Mrs. J. J. Anderson of this city. The sorrowing relatives have the sincere sympathy of all in their loss.
