Hold Last Rites for Mrs. W. Rozeboom At Rock Valley

Funeral services for Mrs. William Rozeboom, 45, were held at the home at 12:30 and at the Netherlands Reformed Church at 2 p.m. last Wednesday at Rock Valley, with Rev. John Van Zweden officiating. Mrs. Rozeboom died on Sunday, following several months illness. She had undergone three operations in March of last year. Burial was made at the Valley View cemetery.

Mrs. William Rozeboom was born Jennie Fluit at Maurice,Ia., on March 5, 1903. She was united in marriage to William Rozeboom at Rock Rapids in 1921. To, this union 13 children were born.

Survivors include her husband William and 11 children: Gertrude (Mrs. Paul Schellng), Teunis, Dick, William, Cozyn, Clazina, Leonard, Gerrit, Henry, Elizabeth and Anthony; also two grandchildren, her aging father Teunis Fluit, four brothers and four sisters. Two children, Johnny and Jennie, preceded her in death both having passed away at the age of six months. (R.V. Bee)
