Antonia Rozeboom, 79, Alvord, died Friday, December 9, 1988 at Hegg Memorial Hospital in Rock Valley, Iowa. Antonia Fluit was born May 22, 1909, in Maurice, Iowa. She attended Sioux Center community School in Iowa. She married Gerrit Rozeboom on Jan. 30, 1930, in Lester, Iowa. They farmed near the Rock Valley Doon/Alvord and Inwood, Iowa areas.

Her husband died Nov. 8,1985. She was a member of the Netherlands Reformed Church, Rock Valley. Survivors include five sons: Dick .Rpzeboom, Fairview; Teunis Rozeboom, Casa Grande, Ariz.; Gerrit A. .(Gary) Rozeboom, Alvord; Antonie G. (Tony) Rozeboom, Doon; and Leonard Rozeboom, Rock Rapids, Iowa; three daughters: Mrs. Herman (Clazina) Spans, Corsica; Mrs. John H. (Gertrude) Van Beek, Rock Valley; and Mrs. Willis A. (Jennieva) Den Boer, Rock Valley; two sisters: Clazina Hoefakker. Dora Klarenbeek, both of Rock Valley; 35 grandchildren; and 42 greatgrandchildren.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at the Netherlands Reformed Church, Rock Valley, with 'burial in Valley View Cemetery. Visitation was held at the Porter Funeral Home, Rock Valley.
