Richard Edmunds, 92, of Kennewick, WA. died March 10 2013. Entombment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Kennewick.

Richard "T" was born November 1, 1920 in Hawarden to Milton and Lena Edmunds. He spent his early years working alongside his father on the family farm. Later he became a patrol operator for Union County, S.D. before moving to Wyoming where he spent many years working road construction. From there he moved to southern California where he was an artisan/welder for a lighting company. He moved to Kennewick after retirement to be near his family. He married Bette Millard of Alcester in October of 1944.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Kay Hayes and Sandi McMillin; a son, Richard Edmunds II; seven grand-daughters; 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Essie (Edmunds) Tucker of Alcester.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, William, LaVere and James Edmunds; and a sister, Nina Peters.
