Kimberly Sue Krommendyk, 10-month-old daughter of Fred and Jane Krommendyk of Orange City, died Wednesday in a hospital in Iowa City of complications following heart surgery.

Services were at 2 p.m. Friday in Calvary Christian Reformed Church in Orange City. The Rev. John T. Ebbers officiated. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery under direction of the Van Gelder Funeral Home in Orange City.

Kimberly was born Jan. 7,1985 at Sioux City. She was a member of Calvary Christian Reformed Church. Survivors include her parents; three brothers, Michael V., Robert S. and Patrick L., and a sister, Shannon M., all at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Den Hartog of Orange City and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Delia Krommendyk of Hull.
