Chester Alvin, nine month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Ten Harmsel passed away last Thursday morning at the LeMars hospital of pneumonia.

The funeral was held at the home of its grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Ten Harmsel and at the First Christian Reformed Church Saturday with Rev. J.M. Dykstra officiating. The child had been ill for about four or five weeks. Sunday, July 12, his condition became serious and they took him to the LeMars Hospital where he passed away.

Surviving are his twin sister Mary Ann; his brother Andrew Clarence, 7, his sister Eldine Mildred, 5, and his parents.
