Edwin Ahrens, 92, of Rock Valley, formerly of Alvord, died Saturday in Valley Manor Nursing Home in Rock Valley.

Services were held Wednesday in Christ Lutheran Church in Alvord with burial in Christ Lutheran Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home of Rock Valley was in charge of the arrangements.
