Funeral services were held Saturday, December 29, for Herman H. Schoeneman, who passed away Wednesday, at a Sioux Falls hospital, at the age of 67 years.

Services were held 1:15 p.m. from the home near Magnolia, Minnesota, and 2 p.m. at the St. John Lutheran church in Luverne, Minnesota, with Rev. Martin Hauser officiating. Burial was made at the Riverview Cemetery at Rock Rapids.

Mr. Schoeneman was born September 13, 1889, in Germany. He formerly lived north of Boyden, on the farm now occupied by his son, Henry.

Survivors include the widow; two sons, Henry of Boyden, William of Magnolia; two grandchildren; three brothers, Henry of Milford, William of Ward, S.D. and Richard of Ihlen, Minn.; two sisters, Mrs. Wm. Ahders of Rock Rapids and Mrs. Tena Brummer of New York City.
