Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Wolvius, 85, who died in a hospital April 17 were held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Trinity Reformed Church in Orange City. Rev. Paul Trompen of Doon and Rev. H. S. Muilenberg of Orange City officiated. Burial in the Orange City cemetery.
Mrs. Wolvius was born January 31, 1977, in The Netherlands and came to this country at an early age. She was married to Rev. John Steunenberg June 21, 1904, in Michigan. He was the first pastor of Trinity Reformed Church, Orange City. After his death, she married Rev. William Wolvius in 1944. He died in 1946.
Survivors include a son, Rev. Henri Steunenberg of Orange City; three grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Martha Castetter of Fresno, Calif. and a brother, John of Grand Rapids, Mich.
