Henrietta Boone, 95, died Tuesday evening at the Heritage House Nursing Home in Orange City.

She was born July 9, 1890, the daughter of Lammert and Margaret (Brommer) Plender..

She married Arie Boone on March 9, 1913, in Sioux County. Mr. Boone died May 7, 1976. The couple farmed in Sioux County for many years and the last two years she spent in the Brentwood Good Samaritan Nursing Home in LeMars and later the Heritage House Nursing Home in Orange City.
She was a member of the First Reformed Church.

Survivors include a son, Henry D. of Long Beach, California; two daughters, Mrs. Russell (Dorothy) Te Grotenhuis of Orange City and Mrs. Hans (Mildred) Vander Maten of Boyden; eleven grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arie; a son, Lawrence; two brothers, Andrew and John; and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Wiersma.
