Funeral services were held at the Reformed Church at Steen, Minnesota, August 26, for Mrs. George Bonnema, 81, of Steen, who died August 24 at the Luverne, Minnesota Hospital.

Services were conducted by the Rev. Jacob Dykstra and burial was made in the East Side Cemetery at Steen.

The former Dena Kleinwolterink was born in Sioux Center January 3, 1888. She married to George Bonnema in Sioux Center in 1907.

The family moved to Rock County, Minnesota, in 1920 and to Steen in 1943. Her husband preceded her in death in January of 1953.

Survivors include four sons, John of Sioux Center, Nelson, Milton and Arnold of Steen; 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
