Missing Man found dead in ArizonaA strange Story came to an end Saturday when Sheriff Harry Dykstra received a telephone call from officers in Tucson Arizona informing him that a man by the name of Robert Earl Turner had been found murdered there and had left a will made in 1942 which he bequeathed his possessions to his wife and children.
Fourteen years ago, the Turner family lived on a farm near Matlock. One day the father disappeared and no word was ever heard from him again. Years passed and the family moved to Sheldon. Saturday Sheriff Dykstra went to Sheldon to tell Mrs. Turner that her husband had been found dead in the southern city.
