Mrs. Glenn (Cynthia) Vonk, 23, of rural Beresford, formerly of Hudson, died Sunday, Sept. 26 at a hospital in Sioux Falls after a long illness. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Hudson Lutheran Church. The Rev. Gary Garnatz officiated. Burial was in Eden Cemetery. Family visitation was from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday in the VanDeMore Funeral Home in Hudson with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.

Mrs. Vonk, the former Cynthia Ludwig, was born Nov. 2, 1958 at Hawarden. She married Glenn Vonk June 24, 1977, at Hudson. They made their home in the rural Beresford area.

Survivors include her husband; one son, Brent, and one daughter, Holly, both at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Ludwig of Hudson; two brothers, Ronald of Hutchinson, Minn, and Randall of Elk Point; one sister, Robin of Hudson and a maternal grandmother, Mrs. Evelyn Loe of Hudson.
