Former Resident Dies Suddenly - Funeral Services For Mrs. Moeller Held on Monday.

Funeral services for Mrs. Richard Moeller of Ireton, formerly of Rock Valley, who passed away suddenly in McAllen, Tex., were held at St. Paul’s Lutheran church at Ireton Monday with Rev. Paul Friedrichs officiating. Two numbers "Who knows when death may overtake me” and "Asleep in Jesus", were sung. Interment was made in Pleasant Hill cemetery at Ireton.

Nellie Grace Brandt Moeller, daughter of Fred C. Brandt and Charlotte Frazer, was born at Rock Valley, Jan 9, 1894. She had lived with her parents in the Rock Valley community, and it was also here that she received her education. On May 30, 1915 (*or 1913?) she, was united in marriage to Richard Moeller, and this union was blessed with three children. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran church on June18, 1920.

Mrs. Moeller had lived with her family on a farm north of Ireton, but during these last years her health began to fail, which had made it necessary for her to go to a warmer climate during the winter months. .................... etc.

She leaves to mourn her husband, Richard Moeller, three children, Mrs. Frances Lange of Rock Rapids, Mrs. Leora Bonnema of Inwood, and Marlin(?) of Ireton, and 9 grandchildren. ..........
