MRS. DICK VAN ZEE.

Mrs. Dick (Sarah) Van Zee, 90, of Orange City, died Saturday, April 25 in a nursing home in Bock Valley. Services were at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Free Grace Reformed Church at Middleburg. The Rev. William B. Kolenbrander officiated. Burial was in the Middleburg Cemetery. Family visitation was from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday in the Van Gelder Funeral Home at Orange City.

Mrs. Van Zee, the former Sarah Te Paske, was born Nov. 27, 1890, at Orange City. She was married Dec. 26, 1913, at Orange City. They farmed in the Middleburg area, Mr. Van Zee died May 4, 1954. She had been a resident of Pioneer Home at Orange City for 10 years before moving to the Valley Manor in 1975. Mrs. Van Zee was a member of the Free Grace Reformed Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. John (Elizabeth) Skoff of Baldwin and Mrs. Carl (Arda) Behrens of Marshall, Minn.; five sons, Edward of Glenwood, Minn., Henry of Browerville, Minn., Richard of Orange City, Erwin of Hospers and Sylvester of Boonville, Inc (Ind.?).; 30 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Art (Frances) Visser of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Mrs. John (Allie) Lubbers of Orange City; and one brother, John of Archer.
