Ann Van Beek

Ann Van Beek, 74, of Sioux Falls died Monday, July 6, 1992 in her residence.

Ann Van Beek was born Aug. 11, 1917, in Rock Valley, Iowa, where she grew up and received her education. As a young woman she moved to Utah where she began employment with Bell Telephone Co. She later moved to Denver where she continued her employment with Mountain Bell. She retired in 1982, after 38 years of service, and moved to Sioux Falls & to be near her family. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church.

Survivors include three brothers: Jake , and Robert, both of Sioux Falls; and Rodney, Omaha, Neb.; and three sisters: Grace Van Valzen and Hilda Jennings, both of Sioux Falls; and Marlcne Pankratz, Butierfield, Minn.

Mass of Christian Burial was in St. Michael's Catholic Church with burial in Hills of Rest Memorial Park. Miller Funeral Home of Sioux Falls
