Mrs. Arend Hoff was called home because of the sudden death of her mother last week at Redfield, SD. She was 49 years old. Funeral Home were held Thursday at Redfield and Friday at Inwood where interment took place in the family burial plot. Mrs. Dykstra was born Johanna Winter at Orange City, Jan 23, 1889. She was married to Cornelius in 1909, and this union four children were born. One daughter and one son died in infancy.

Survivors include her husband and one daughter Mrs. Arend Hoff and one son Ellsworth, who is attending Junior college at Orange City in preparation for the ministry
