Mother of Eight Children Died in Hospital Here Last Friday Mrs. Carl Oltmanns of Plymouth county passed away last Friday noon at the Hawarden hospital, following an llness of some duration caused by diabetes and the shock of the amputaion of a foot which was deemed necessary for relief.

Tena Henrietta Pageler was born in Plymouth county June 24, 1882, and passed away Feb. 14, 1930, at the age of 47 years, 7 months and 20 days. In 1898 she was married to Carl Oltmanns.
She leaves to mourn her death her husband and eight children. Funeral serviees were hold Tuesday afternoon at St. Peter's church in Brunsville with Rev. L. J.; Schempp officiatng.
Interment was made in the cemeery at Craig.
