Miss Durette O’Meara died very suddenly last Friday morning at Sioux City. She was quite well known in Hawarden, her father being a prominent farmer of Washngton township.

(Submitter could not find the family of Durette. James O’Meara family had a daughter born in 1903 by the name of Durette, so assume a relative However, Found the obit of James Omeara sr. died 1928 and there it stated two daughters preceded him in death.)
