Final Rites Are Held Tuesday for Richard Reusink
Funeral services were held a the Middleburg Reformed church at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday for Richard Reusink, 76, life-long resident of the community who died at the Sioux Center Community hospital Saturday evening following a brief confinement. Services were conducted by the Rev. Wm. Kolenbrander and burial was made in the Middleburg cemetery under the direction of the Co-operative Funeral Home of Sioux Center.

Mr. Reusink, son of Dirk Reusink and Nancy Frericks, was born near Orange City, la., on August 31, 1883. The past 46 years he lived northeast of Sioux Center. On February 28, 1013, he married Nellie Smit and to this union two sons were born.

Survivors include the widow and one son, Dick, at home; one brother, Dr. Edward Reusink, of Sioux Falls, S. D.; and one sister, Mrs. Nancy Jager of Orange City. He was preceded in death by one son, who died at the age of six months, his parents, two brothers, Dick and Ben, and four sisters, Johanna, Sophia, Minnie and Christina.
