Glenn Den Herder, 63, of Sioux Center died suddenly Monday, February 12. after being stricken at his home. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 15, at First Reformed
Church in Sioux Center with the Rev. Donald Barnes officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Den Herder was born March 10, 1926, in Sioux Center. He married Florence Meendering July 25, 1947. In Sioux Center. He farmed in the Sioux Center area. He was a member of First Reformed Church where he had served as a deacon and was currently serving as an elder.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Terrill of Grandvllle, Michigan, and Robert of Sioux Center; two daughters. Linda Doorenbos of Boyden and Glenda Hansen of Sioux City; his mother, Johanna Den Herder of Sioux Center; a sister. Trellis Dokter of Sioux Center; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Tunis, and an infant daughter Gwen Lynn
