Diana M. Hatting, 51, of Alton died Monday, October 26, at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha after a long illness.
Services were at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 30, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton, Monsignor Nicholas J. Ruba officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Born Diana M. Klein on July 7, 1936, in Alton, she was raised and educated in Alton. She graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1953 and St. Joseph School of Nursing in Sioux City in 1956. She married Eldon Hatting October 20,1957. She was employed at St. Joseph's Hospital in Sioux City and for the last six years at K-Products at Orange City.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Keith of Omaha, and Kevin and Kirk, both of Le Mars; her
mother, Margaret Klein of Alton; a brother, Dale of Upland, California;
and three grandchildren.
