Lila Lehrman, 22, of LeMars died
Saturday in a Sioux City hospital.
Services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday
in the Mauer-Johnson Funeral
Home in LeMars. The Rev. Kenneth
Lundeen officiated. Burial was in
the Seney Cemetery in Seney.
Miss Lehrman was born Aug. 17,
1962, in Orange City. She was a
graduate of the LeMars Community
Schools in 1980.
Survivors include her mother,
Loretta Lahrmen Walsh of LeMars;
her step-father, Tom Walsh of
LeMars; a brother, LeMount.
Lehrman of Gary, 111.; a sister,
Lyndel Lehrman of LeMars; two
stepsisters, Marcie and Cynthia
Walsh, both of Austin, Tex.; her
paternal grandfather, Lester
Lehrman of Oyens and her maternal
grandmother, Margaretta Cook of
LeMars.
The county medical examiner said
the death was the result of an apparent
self-inflicted gunshot wound
