Funeral services were held in California Monday, February 13, for Mrs. Robert Van Drimlen, sr., 78, former local resident, who passed away in California February 9. Burial was made in Whittier Rose Hill cemetery.

Survivors include a daughter, Blanche (Mrs. Marion Van Steenwyk) of San Marino, Cal., and a son, Robert, of California; and a brother, Abe Beukelman of Sioux Center.

Mrs. Van Drimlen was a resident of this area for many years prior to moving to California in 1926.
