Frank A. Elliott of Bronson,widely known Woodbury county farm and civic leader, died Monday in a Sioux City hospital from a heart attack. Mr.Elliott was 47 years of age and was a
lifelong resident of Woodbury county. He was a graduate of Central high school in Sioux City and attended Iowa State College at Ames where he
starred in football and basketball

On Sept. 27, 1910, he was united in marriage with Miss Isabel Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Jones, pioneer Hawarden residents. Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Marvin Goodrich of ,Sioux City and Miss Ann Elliott of Bronson, and a son, Frankin of Bronson. He is also survived by his mother, two brothers and three sisters. He was well known to many Hawarden people who were shocked at his sudden death.

Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at Immaculate Conception church in Morningside and burial was made in Calvary cemetery

Hawarden people who attended the funeral included Mr. and Mrs. Will Burke and son Clifford, Mrs. Minnie Johnson,
