The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Neil Van Dalen(Deelen) died Sunday morning from an acute attack of lung fever followed by brain trouble; the funeral was held Monday.
(Took some time to figure out that father was Cornelis Van Deelen born May 1863 in Neth. to Johannes Van Deelen and Mina Willemsen, he died 20 mar 1931 buried Nassau Tsp cemetery Alton IA. . He married 5 Apr 1889 at Orange City to Gysbertje De Booi or DeBooy. In the June 1900 census of Nassaw Tsp, they had the following children – Mohannes, Minke, Mary, Mattie, Leendert and a baby one month old. This is the infant that died. )
