An infant child of Ben Beumer died Monday evening and was buried Wednesday.
(This family was that of Ben’Bernard’ or Benjamin Beumer born Dec 24, 1854 at Jasper Dubois Indiana died 8 Aug 1926 at Rock Valley IA. His wife was Theresa Magdelana Escher 1858-1935. They were married Apr 10, 1883 St. Joseph Lawrence TN In the 1900 census their children were Anna 15, Edward 14, Julia 13, Sebastian 10, Rosa 8, William 6, Lawrence 4 and Joseph 1. The infant was not Joseph as he lived to 1936. So the infant must have been born after Joseph in 1900. Ben’s parents were Gerhard Beumer and Mary Spellmeier. Theresa’s parents were Michel Escher and Julia Dole.)
