The eleven-months old child of Mr. and Mrs. Lubbenhussen (Lubbeheusen) died of brain fever at 5 a. m. Sunday morning at the List home; Mrs. Lubbenhussen had gone there to -visit and while-there the child took sick, and for two weeks suffered very much until Sunday morning, when death relieved it; the funeral was held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock. All are in sympathy with the bereaved parents.
(Found Lubbenhusens in the Cemetery Index Apollonia W. 1876-1911 and Walburga b. 1900 died 1901 (which could be this child) found a family account in the St. Joe’s church book of Granville. Henry Lubbeheusen married Apalonia List daughter of John and Walbruga List. Apalonia died at an early age leaving a son Ray who was brought oup by his grandparents in Granville. There was also a daughter who passed away at eleven months of brain fever. Henry later moved to SD and then to CA. Apollonia is listed as born 1876 and died 1911 )
