Military services and requiem mass read by Fr. Wm. Carel were held for Marvin Brouillette, 40, cousin of Mrs. Clarence Anderson of Hawarden, who was killed in a two car collision west of Merrill, Friday.

Services were held at 9:30 Tuesday morning in the Ellendale Catholic Church with burial at Calvary Cemetery in Sioux City.

Mr. Brouillette, father of four children, had served two or three years in the armed forces and was engaged in farming. He had resided in the Merrill vicinity all his life.

Survivors besides the widow and children include his mother, Mrs. Eliza Brouillette and two sisters, Helen and Josephine, all of Sioux City, and a brother, Wesley Brouillette in Nebraska.

Mr. & Mrs. Clarence Anderson and Mrs. Dale Noble, who was his schoolmate, were those from here among the huge crowd attending the funeral.
