Nephew Instantly Killed

Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Lankhorst were called to Monroe, S.D., last Friday afternoon by news of the accidental death of Mrs. Lankhorst's nephew, Ben Visser, Jr., who was almost instantly killed when struck by a big Buick car driven by another boy. The Visser boy was riding his bicycle to a school picnic when he was struck by the car carrying a load of young people to the picnic. He lived but a few minutes after the accident, as the wheels of the automobile had passed over him crushing out his life. Mr. Lankhorst returned home Saturday but went back to Monroe again Monday to attend the funeral. Both Mr. and Mrs. Lankhorst returned home again Monday evening.
