Sioux County Capital, May 5, 1983

Mrs. George Kuhl (Rose Oberman) of Long Beach, Calif., died April 30 at her home at the age of 90. Her parents were Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Oberman of Granville.

The Kuhl family lived at Marcus before moving to California where Mr. Kuhl operated a meat market for many years. He died in 1956.

Mrs. Kuhl is survived by three sons, two daughters, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Other survivors are her sisters, Mrs. Loretta Mulder of Sheldon, Miss Wanda Oberman of Sioux City and Mrs. John Van Gronigen of Alton.
