ROBERT HENNING
Robert Hcnning, 68. of Boyden, died Monday. August 18, at his home of long illness.
Services were at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Paul Lutheran Church, rural Hull. The Rev. Lyle E. Blaede officiated. Burial was in Boyden Cemetery under direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center.

Mr. Herming was born Feb. 22. 1912, at Boyden and attended school there. He married Effie Burggraaff Sept. 29, 1937, at Boyden. They made their home at Boyden when.- he was employed at the Farmers Coop Elevator.
He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and the Brotherhood of the church and had served on the church
council.

Survivors include the widow; three sons. Rudolph of Sheldon, Leonard of Fairfax , Va. and James of South Sioux City; t w o sisters. Mrs. Clyde Kuykendall oi Long Beach, C'alif. and Mrs. Howard Naughtin of Buena Park, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.
