FORMER RESIDENT DIES
Mrs. I. N. Henderson Passed Away at Boulder, Colo., Jan. 5th.
Mrs. I. N. Henderson, a former well known resident of this community, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 5th, at her home at Boulder, Colo., following an illness of nearly a year's duration. The immediate cause of her death was dropsy. Funeral services were held at Boulder on Jan. 9th and interment was made in a cemetery, at that place. In compliance with her wish six of her sons acted as pall bearers at the funeral.

Esther Ann Watson was born in the state of Pennsylvania March 23, 1855, so had attained the age of 66 years, 9 months and 12 days. When eight years of age she moved with her parents to Jackson county, Iowa, where she grew to womanhood and was united in marriage there with I. N. Henderson on Jan. 23, 1875. She continued to reside in Jackson county for about four years after her marriage when the family moved to Woodbury county, Iowa. After a residence there of several years they lived for various periods in Nebraska and near Flandreau, S. D., moving to Sioux county in 1897 when they located on a farm in Washington township. This continued as their home until 1905 when they moved to Niwot, Colo., later going to Boulder which place has been their home for a number of years.

Besides her. husband she is survived by nine sons and three daughters, Lawrence E. of Boulder, Colo., Rex of Niwot, Colo., Glenn of Longmont, Colo., Denton of Plattsville, Colo., Roy of Melvin, Iowa, Ralph and Elvie of Hawarden, Mrs. John Hendrix of Boulder, Colo., Mrs. Ray Arbonoth of.. Niwot, Colo., Mrs. Louis French of Longmont, Colo., Charles of Spokane, Wash., and John G. of Albion, Texas. All of the children except Charles and John were able to be present at the funeral.
