Death of Former Hawarden Lady
Mrs. Angie Moody, for many years a resident of Hawarden and vicinity, passed away Saturday in Santa Monica, Calif., according to word received here Sunday. No particulars regarding her death have been obtained here.

She resided with her husband, the late Geo. Moody, on their farm in Eagle township, nine miles northeast of Hawarden, for many years. Following the death of her husband some ten or twelve years ago, she moved into Hawarden and continued to reside here until about three years ago when she moved to Pennsylvania. Just how long she had lived in California is not known here.

She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mattie E. Crooks of Alva, Okla., and Mrs. Harriet Naden of Zion City, 111. It is surmised here that she will be laid to rest in California.
