Services Held for H. Gillmann Funeral services for Herbert Gillmann, 45, of Independence, a one time resident of Rock Valley, who died in a Waverly hospital after a long illness, were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Peace Lutheran church here. Burial was in Hock Valley.
Mr. Gillmann was born June 12, 1913, in Rock Valley. He also resided at Hartford, S. D., Waverly, Renwick, Rockford and Eagle Grove and Wyandotte, Mich., before moving to Independence
about a year ago.
Survivors include Five sisters and four brothers, none of whom reside in this immediate area.
